Monday Morning Design Wall 6/6/2011

Ah, the anniversery of D-Day, or Operation Overlord. For me, not a bad week. I feel like I have spent the past three weeks working on my sewing machine day and night but I have accomplished quite a bit. I am almost done with Block 2 of Florabunda, have completed all my blocks on my Bali Pops Leaf Quilt and just need to put them together and am just minutes away from finishing up Spencer M's Chico State Quilt.

I have completely scrapped my Sutter Cancer Center Donation Quilt and decided that what I had made is just a mess and the more I try to fix it, the messier it gets. I need to start over, from scratch!! I found something that will be simple to pull together, I have the fabric and I hope to have the top done by next weekend.

  1. Beautiful flowers...I must try something like that since I always admire it.

  2. Oh no! Complete mess? I doubt that although I guess you want something pretty wonderful to give to the cancer auction so I understand. Your applique blocks are BEAUtiful and Spencer is going to love you forever!
