Another productive week! I need to catch up on holiday stuff at some point but I was able to complete another Hawaiian block and another Baltimore Album block!! I also finished my Spring Chick's row quilt strip (which will be revealed at a later date) and am beginning to work on my 12 inch by 12 inch challenge art quilt. The word for the art quilt is Tranquility and I need to figure out what that means to me. I am not a tranquil person so finding my tranquility may be a challenge in itself, not to mention putting that on a 12X12 quilt. Humm, maybe if I quilt some more I will find my vibe on this!!

ReplyDeleteMore pretty blocks--WOW! I'm not a tranquil person either, as you know, but I found something that makes me tranquil. I can just be a tranquil color in an interesting pattern or just a tranquil hand- or machine quilted pattern it doesn't have to be a 'thing'.

Love the fabric you used for the Hawaiaan block. The other block is exceptional too! You should applique a quilter quilting a block - that seems to be your tranquility point.
