Another week and another small sampler made from my cutting down of my larger quilt. This one is a bit more green but still looks pretty good! I am working on finishing up a few projects that I need to quilt/reorganize so I can free up my space and mind to do some designing in the near future. Happy Monday! The top picture is the entire larger quilt that I cut the smaller sampler from!
Way to use all the leftovers!
ReplyDeleteI love them both! The big version is just phenomenal.
ReplyDeleteOh, how lovely! Great bargellos. The movement in them, and the colours are great. Good job!
ReplyDeleteWow, I do not think I would have had the guts to cut into that large quilt - it is so gorgeous! What pattern or book did you use for it?
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Bargellos!
ReplyDeleteOh, Can you come to my house and clean up my quilting room with me??? I really need an objective mind in there.

Fabulous! I haven't had the patience to try a bargello. Nice job, love them both
ReplyDeleteThe scary thing is that was the second large bargello!! I made the first for a high school auction and then had to make one for me to keep. It was way to large so I cut it smaller. I think it looks better. I just have to finish the borders and then quilt it and I will be done. The pattern was a magazine, I will give the information when I find it!!
ReplyDeleteHow can you bear to cut it. It is so beautiful. But now you have 2 great quilts.
ReplyDeleteCongrats
